Why is District Attorney Craig Watkins still trying to prosecute well known Latino Activist, Carlos Quintanilla, President of Accion America.
How much money has been spent on DA's and investigators working this two year old case? If Quintanilla were a Black Activist looking for the body of an African America, would he be prosecuted or would the charges be dismissed, would Watkins spend much needed money on a frivolous misdemeanor offense?
